Atlanta Transportation – MARTA
MARTA is Atlanta’s transit system, and it is conveniently located near the conference hotel (Hyatt Regency) the Atlanta airport, and the off-site conference receptions and two of the tours:
- Tuesday, November 15: Tours at the High Museum of Art and the Coca-Cola Archives
- Wednesday, Nov. 16: The Atlanta History Center’s Margaret Mitchell House
- Thursday, Nov. 17: The High Museum of Art
The registration form for the MCN 2011 conference will include the option to purchase a 3-day MARTA Breeze card for $16. This will allow you to easily get around to the conference events while you are in Atlanta. If you purchase one, your MARTA Breeze card will be waiting for you when you check in at the registration desk.

Margaret Mitchel House - Midtown Station (exit via Peachtree Pl, turn left & walk up Crescent St, turn left.)
High Museum of Art – Arts Center Station (across the street from station, follow signs to the Museum)

- Hotel to the Margaret Mitchell House – Gold or Red line – 3 min
- Hotel to the High Museum of Art – Gold or Red line - 5 min.
- Hotel to airport – Gold or Redline – 19 min
