who should participate?
Any company or person who provides goods or services related to the automation of information in a museum setting should become involved. Vendors are encouraged to show established products, new releases and products under development. MCN's diverse membership guarantees an audience for products of every price, scale and level of sophistication.
The MCN Annual Conference attracts museum professionals who know that this exhibit hall is the place to see the latest in museum software and automation services without the distraction of other products.
All exhibits and sessions will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel. Exhibits will be located near meeting rooms, and several events will be staged in the exhibit hall to facilitate interaction between exhibitors and conference attendees.
Exhibits at MCN2000 will be on display from September 6 - 8. The exhibit hall opens Wednesday, September 6 at 5 pm and closes Friday, September 8 at 4:00 PM. Booth locations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. This year's exhibit hall will accommodate 22 - 8'x10' exhibit booths.
conference registration
Each exhibitor will receive two (2) complimentary full-conference registrations (a $700 value) per booth. Conference registrants receive a registration packet including the conference program and access to all MCN2000 program sessions and events. Each exhibitor will also be given 5 "exhibit hall only" passes for potential clients who are not attending the conference. Booth representatives not registering for the conference itself will receive badges allowing them access to the exhibit hall and receptions at no charge. Additional registrations for MCN full conference privileges are available to exhibitor representatives at $95 US each.
accommodations
The MCN2000 conference is being held at The Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Special MCN hotel rooms rates are available by calling 702.632.5000.
Conference room rates are $130 for Single or Double Occupancy, plus taxes; You must identify yourself as attending MCN2000 9 to get special conference rates. Reservations received after August 15 or after the room block is filled will be accepted on a space availability basis and may be charged at the regular rates. All guaranteed room reservation requests require an advance deposit or credit card guarantee if your anticipated arrival is after 6:00 PM.
