Information
Booth locations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. So, Sign up early! The
exhibits hall and educational sessions will be held at the Wyndham
Franklin Plaza Hotel. Exhibits will be located near meeting rooms,
and several events will be staged in the exhibit hall to facilitate
interaction between exhibitors and conference attendees.
Conference Registration Each exhibitor may designate one person to receive complimentary privileges as a full MCN conference registrant (a $350 US value). Conference registrants receive a registration packet including the conference program and access to all MCN program sessions and events. Additional registrations for MCN full conference privileges are available to exhibitor represen-tatives at $200 US each, limit of two per Exhibit Booth purchased. Accommodations The MCN '99 conference is being held at the Wyndham Franklin Plaza Hotel, 17th and Race Streets, Philadelphia, PA 19103, 215-448-2000. For reservations call 215-448-2000 by September 16, 1999. Conference room rates are $155 for Single or $165 for Double Occupancy, plus taxes; You must identify yourself as attending MCN '99 to get special conference rates. Reservations received after September 16 or after the room block is filled will be accepted on a space availability basis and may be charged at the regular rates.
